Experienced Project Manager & Site Foreman
I’m an experienced Project Manager and Site Foreman with 20+ years in project management, including 12+ years specializing in residential renovations. In October 2024, I relocated from Whistler, BC to Seattle to be closer to my mother and oldest sister. My work spans everything from exterior envelope replacements to full interior remodels. I assist homeowners, HOAs, and property managers in navigating complex projects with confidence, clarity, and integrity.I operate on behalf of the owner — not as a General Contractor — which means I handle trade coordination, timelines, and quality enforcement without markups or added liability. Whether the job calls for feasibility assessments, project oversight, or punchlist completion, I provide flexible, transparent support grounded in trust and results.
